Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Shipping



  • Prepare and process daily outbound shipments using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar software.
  • Create and print shipping labels, commercial invoices, packing slips, and other required documentation.
  • Package items securely to meet company and carrier standards.
  • Schedule pickups and coordinate with FedEx/UPS drivers.
  • Verify shipment accuracy, including weights, dimensions, and service levels.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.


Receiving



  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items and coordinate returns or replacements.
  • Record and enter received inventory into the warehouse management or ERP system.
  • Organize and stage materials for production, storage, or distribution.


Warehouse & Inventory Support



  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts or annual physical inventory.
  • Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.


Documentation & Compliance



  • Maintain accurate shipping logs, receiving records, and carrier documentation.
  • Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and carrier guidelines for safe handling and storage.
  • Prepare return shipments (RMAs) and manage packaging for returned goods.



Qualifications



  • 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving.
  • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
