We are currently seeking a Financial Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Bahrain FMS Team. Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Required Experience: Journeyman - Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order: * Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR * Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Required Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78, 433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
