**About the Role:**

In this influential position, you will serve as a trusted HR partner, guiding employees and leadership through various human resources functions. You will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped for success. From coordinating training and managing recruitment for key roles to providing expert advice on employee relations and policy, your work will directly enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance, acting as a vital link between various HR functions and business units.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as a dedicated HR Business Partner, particularly supporting junior-level employees and new talent.

* Drive employee development by fostering strong relationships and coordinating both informal and formal training programs.

* Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for non-exempt positions, building a robust talent pipeline in collaboration with the centralized talent acquisition team and HR colleagues.

* Champion a positive work environment by advising and coaching employees, and facilitating engaging employee events.

* Collaborate with the total rewards team to evaluate compensation packages and support equitable pay recommendations.

* Interpret, apply, and monitor HR policies and programs to support operational needs and ensure full compliance.

* Serve as a key interface between corporate and brand HR teams on all organizational initiatives.

* Manage the centralization of organizational HR data, overseeing HR transactions, workflows, job requisitions, and employee files, with a continuous focus on data integrity and headcount audits.

* Apply a deep understanding of employment laws and concepts to all HR practices.

* Prepare and coordinate all aspects of data gathering and compilation for compliance programs, including affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of proven Human Resources experience.

* Strong understanding of compensation policies and concepts, with the ability to articulate them effectively.

* Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and statutes pertaining to equal opportunity employment, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, fair labor standards, and other relevant employment agreements and regulations.

* General knowledge of profit and loss statements, including the budget process.

* Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems.

* Strong business acumen, understanding business objectives, the people aspect of the organization, market trends, and consumers; adaptable in an evolving business environment.

* Proven ability to understand and assist groups through change.
