Senior Accountant/Analyst

This incumbent's responsibilities include: Maintaining the general ledger and financial records of their assigned accounting units or subsystem. Support the financial operations through the monthly general ledger close, balance sheet reconciliations, and special account analysis. Investigate and communicate significant findings to appropriate parties. Educates and trains department heads in the proper use of financial reports and systems. The bond analyst position is responsible for the bond compliance process through ensuring appropriate quarterly and annual filings in accordance with bond documents, maintaining appropriate records and working with internal and external business partners in fulfillment of bond related obligations. The investment analyst position is responsible for monthly accounting, reporting, analysis and disclosure of all Norton Healthcare investment portfolios including Non-Pension, Pension, Bond Assets, Short term liquid investments and Self Insurance/Malpractice Trust.

Required:

• With a Bachelor Degree, three years general accounting and financial reporting
• Without a Bachelor Degree, seven years general accounting and financial reporting

• Five years general accounting and financial reporting
