Job Responsibilities: Provides math support by working with small groups and individual students under the supervision of the teachers. Supervises students in the classroom. Job Qualifications: 1. Experience working with elementary age students. 2. Evidence of strong math skills. 3. Proven positive human relations skills with adults and students. 4. Demonstrated evidence of ability to take direction. 5. Demonstrated ability to take initiative. 6. Clear communication in speaking and writing. 7. Evidence of friendly, out-going personality. 8. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. 9. Evidence of willingness to participate in staff development. Demonstrated ability to follow through on a project. 10.
