Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Credit Memo Processing Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support the Credit Memo process within our ERP system. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely data transfer from SharePoint and Excel into our ERP platform, while maintaining clear communication and tracking through Outlook. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately enter credit memo data into the ERP system using Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint records. * Review and validate source documents for completeness and accuracy. * Maintain well-organized records of processed memos and related correspondence. * Collaborate with internal teams via Outlook to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information. * Monitor and manage credit memo status using Outlook tasks or shared folders. * Identify and report recurring data issues or process inefficiencies to help improve workflow. * Adhere to established procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data. Required Skills: * Proficiency in data entry and working within ERP systems. * Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. * Experience with SharePoint for document management. * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus. * Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience, ideally within an ERP environment. * Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or M2k is advantageous. Experience Level: Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mount Prospect, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
