Job Title: Manager, CS&T Network & Capability

Department: Customer Support and Training

Reports to: Director, CS&T Network & Capability

1. Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function)

Manage the activities and continued development of the external LH network of Service and Repair Centers in the Americas, in order to ensure required capability and support in meeting both inorganic and organic business objectives. Manage organic capability development and efficiency improvement to ensure business objectives.

Establish/Develop/Execute strategy, standards and processes for network

expansion, while maintaining network compliance with all company, regulatory

and required quality standards.

Obtain and effectively use data regarding turn-time, cost and quality of products

and services, to develop and support efficiency initiatives in support of

capability development and operational excellence within organic and

inorganic MRO.

3.

Provide guidance to personnel requirements, training, facility needs, and tooling and

equipment needs. Develop, support, and track yearly capital expenditure plans.

Coordinate training for organic and inorganic MRO capability development.

5.

Review operating reports and develop solutions for operational improvements,

ensuring minimum costs in pursuing operational excellence for organic and

inorganic MRO.

6.

Manage/develop assigned team to achieve above associated business targets.

Develop and maintain operational budgets for assigned team.

Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

  1. Qualifications for Position:

A. Education

BS in Business, Engineering or related

B. Experience

Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Helicopter Maintenance, Engineering, Support. The individual

must have a similar background with a track record of delivering successful results.

C. Competencies & Attributes

Expertise in aviation technology, using the latest technology

2.

Expertise in MRO regulations and maintenance programs.

3.

Strong analytical skills. Proven experience to create plans, communicate them and

execute them.

4.

Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively communication to all

levels of the organization and internal and external customers.

5.

Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals.

6.

Other required personal skills include good listening skills, coaching/mentoring skills,

delegation & follow-through ability.
