Executive Protection, Team Leader - RST Team

Role Summary


The Executive Protection, Team Leader-RST Team is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of 5-15 Executive Protection Agents. As the senior-most on-site representative, you ensure operational excellence, team cohesion, and client trust. Your leadership directly impacts the safety of high-profile individuals and the reputation of Crisis24 as a premier protection provider.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage all aspects of the protection detail, ensuring safety, professionalism, and readiness.
  • Build and maintain team schedules that reflect operational needs and client expectations.
  • Monitor and manage security systems and access control across multiple properties.
  • Collaborate with intelligence teams, GSOCs, law enforcement, and external partners to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all client and operational matters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and trusted leadership.
  • Ensure daily compliance with licensing, policies, and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and elevate team performance to meet principal preferences and company standards.

Your leadership directly influences the effectiveness of protective operations, the safety of high-risk clients, and the integrity of Crisis24's reputation. You are the cornerstone of trust between the client and our organization, setting the tone for professionalism, preparedness, and excellence in the field.


Required Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a Residential Security Team.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience providing Solo and Team Executive Protection coverage operations for an UHNW client
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience provide Secure Transportation Operations (STO) driving/providing EP coverage in Southern California, namely Beverly Hills/Bel Air areas
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and enforce standards across a team of 5-10 personnel.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, command presence and ability to recommend proactive security measures.
  • Possesses an strong ability to maintain professional-efficient communications with Estate/Property management and UHNW representative teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and passport.
  • California BSIS Guard Card & Exposed Firearm Permit
  • CA CCW or LEOSA/HR 218 is mandatory
  • Ability to pass background checks and participate in random drug screenings

Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior experience in ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection.
  • Training in emergency response, incident management, or emergency medicine.
  • Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
