Overview Calvary Street Property Management is seeking a Leasing/Recertification Consultant/Assistant for a 150-unit affordable multifamily LIHTC property located in Washington, DC. The Consultant/Assistant will provide resident services support, including processing move-in and annual recertifications following LIHTC and Fair Housing guidelines. This role will also perform other duties such as resident file management, assisting with new move-in processing, discharges, and admissions related needs. This role will be reporting to the Director of Admissions/Marketing. Responsibilities The Leasing Specialist's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Process initial and annual re-certifications following LIHTC program regulations, property Tenant Selection Plan guidelines, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For Washington, D.C. this ranges from $52,000 - $56,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
