- As
a member of the Corporate & Global Functions HR Team, you will provide support for corporate and global functions employees, as well as advice and counsel to managers and supervisors on a variety of human resource issues, as well as act as a strategic partner helping to deliver best in class HR support
Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Partner
with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies for critical and high-impact positions - Manage
select full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Support
employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates - Collaborate
with the Talent Acquisition team and external partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience - Provide
market insights and data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning
HR Generalist (70%)
- Serve as first point of contact for HR matters for both employees and management staff
- Serve as a strategic business partner with a thorough understanding of the business and client group being served
- Work closely with managers and advise on how to handle specific situations (e.g., employee development, compensation, coaching & counseling, discipline, work practices)
- Lead the strategic workforce planning process across functions, identifying future capability needs and succession plans
- Partner with the
compliance investigations team and legal surrounding issues of ethics complaints, investigations, and terminations - Focus on HR planning, advice, and consultative services, meeting the company's organizational development needs and adhering to compliance metrics and standards
- Lead performance management processes and support leadership in coaching and development conversations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support
action planning based on feedback and survey results - Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver
integrated solutions across compensation, learning, and employee relations - Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business
decisions and identify areas for improvement - Support change management efforts and foster a
culture of continuous improvement and inclusion
What makes you great
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred - 5+ years of progressive HR experience in multiple disciplines including employee relations, performance management, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Strong
interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels - Excellent
communication, analytical, and project management capabilities - Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional records and communications
- Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of flexibility, organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
