The Role:

The purpose of the Regional Player Development Manager is to manage the team of hosts at the Lincoln RI and Tiverton RI locations through database management, coding, teambuilding, scheduling, department organization, event planning and helping the team and property with player relationship building

Responsibilities:





    • Maintain a working knowledge of the Company's facilities and special events, and advise customers of same, whenever possible.
    • Promote the success of the Players Club, by explaining this marketing tool to customers, issuing membership cards and demonstrating the various methods of use.
    • Facilitate the effective management of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
    • Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork, as needed.
    • Augment special event planning with host team
    • Record information on new customers, and updates Database as needed.
    • Database coding of host books, managing lifts
    • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
    • Assist with the development of all Player Development members.
    • Assist in overseeing, supervising and directing the Hosts and Player Development members.
    • Preform managerial projects, weekly administrative tasks, deadlines, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary action, payroll,




    Qualifications:




    • 2-4 years of gaming and/or marketing experience



    • 1 year of casino experience is preferred



    • Previous experience with ACSC player rating system preferred



    • Excellent computer skills are required



    • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality are required



    • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment




    License Requirements:



    • Serve Safe Certified.
    • Successfully complete a Nationwide background check
    • Must be able to be licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations.


      Working Conditions:



      • Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment
      • Will be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors
      • Working with others and independently with directive from Regional Executive Director of Marketing
      • Travel between 2 Rhode Island properties


      Physical/Mental Requirements:



      • Constantly use physical movements necessary for general office duties: standing, walking, balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching, carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting
      • Constantly plan, follow directions, read, write, use math, discriminate colors, work at various tempos or work rapidly, make decisions, concentrate, remember, attention to and observe details, use ten key and personal computer
      • Constantly use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing tasks
