Shift: 5 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday (OT as needed)

• Diploma or GED required; advanced machining training preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar).
• Confidence reading prints and hitting tight tolerances.

What You'll Do Behind the Machine

• Run CNC mills or lathes to build high-precision parts.
• Read blueprints, set up tools, and dial in the perfect program.
• Measure, inspect, and tweak as needed to hit exact specs.
• Keep the area organized and follow all safety procedures
