About the Role: Your Impact as a UX Designer
You will independently drive end-to-end design tasks, proactively identifying and solving critical user and business problems with creative and practical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to apply UX principles, design systems, and research methodologies to deliver innovative experiences and help shape the overarching design language and strategy across teams and products. You will collaborate, innovate, and influence how users interact with cutting-edge platforms. What You'll Do:
- Innovate & Create: Develop design concepts including mock-ups, prototypes, and models to inform product ideation, research, and testing.
- Strategic Design Leadership: Contribute to the design process, system, and overall design language, influencing teams and products.
- Problem Solving & Adaptation: Craft innovative design solutions for user, product, and business challenges, adapting to constraints and clearly communicating rationale.
- Framework Application: Apply UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems using standard tools to visualize ideas and build prototypes.
- Iterative Refinement: Continuously improve designs based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
- Collaborative Influence: Communicate design approaches to fellow designers and partners, building support for strategies and identifying challenges.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use and propose data and metrics to evaluate product impact, collaborating to understand user trends and product ecosystems.
- Project Management: Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, communicate priorities, and collaborate with partners.
- Implementation & Partnership: Work with engineers to convey and influence design intentions, manage specs and product models for implementation.
- User-Centric Analysis: Analyze and anticipate user needs, identifying problems and multiple potential solutions in strategy, product, or technology.

- Proficiency in product design principles and practices
- Demonstrated craftsmanship in design execution
- Strong systems thinking to understand complex interactions
- Expertise in data analysis, synthesis, and planning
- Deep understanding of user behavior
- Exceptional aesthetic sensibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with interactive technology
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience with UX research methodology
