Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician

As a Sr. Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician, you'll be at the heart of that story-ensuring that what reaches our customers meets the highest standards. What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine chemical and microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Use wet chemistry techniques and advanced lab equipment (HPLC, microwave analyzers) for accurate testing.
  • Communicate blend status and analysis results to production teams to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Input and organize lab data, maintain production files, and manage chemical inventory.
  • Conduct quality checks, outbound shipment inspections, and release held products in SAP.
  • Validate sanitation checks, calibrate instruments, and assist with SQF and Organic audits.
  • Support research and development projects and maintain a clean, safe lab environment.
  • Investigate process deviations, initiate corrective actions, and collaborate with QA Manager on root cause analysis.
What You Bring:
  • Associate's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in a laboratory or quality environment.
  • Proficiency with lab equipment (including HPLC) and Microsoft Excel/Word.
  • Strong math, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Working Conditions:
Food processing environment with lab, offices, and manufacturing areas. Exposure to noise, stairs, platforms, forklift traffic, wet floors, and seasonings.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$46,500-$66,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
