Summary: The Program Manager III will lead and oversee the delivery of retirement and benefits services under the IRS Federal Support Services contract. This senior-level role is responsible for managing a team of HR professionals, ensuring compliance with federal retirement regulations, and driving operational excellence across retirement counseling and processing functions. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, quality assurance, and strategic coordination with agency stakeholders. This position is subject to a defined option period of six (6) months. Continued employment beyond the initial term is contingent upon contract requirements and performance.
