Job ID: 5475 Date Posted: November 18, 2025 The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is looking for a Utah State University (USU) student majoring in accounting to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with accounts payable, data entry, general ledger account reconciliation, and preparation of various accounting schedules using Microsoft Excel. This role is part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer if school schedule allows. Required Qualifications: Must be a current USU student majoring in accounting Students in their sophomore or junior year are preferred Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person Must be able to support SDL student work schedule (15-20 hours per week during the school year during business hours and 20-40 hours per week during the summer) Must be self-motivated and able to follow directions Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong verbal and written communication skills Student Scholar Program: SDL provides unique opportunities for student employees to develop real-world experience and knowledge beyond the classroom through our Student Scholar Program.
