What does a Logistics Operations Training Partner do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Logistics Operations Training Partner will design, implement, and manage comprehensive operations training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our logistics workforce. This role will collaborate with various logistics department leaders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement engaging operations training programs and materials that address the needs of our logistics teams, including Warehouse, Transportation, Fleet, CAM, DSD Planning, and Distribution teams
- Conduct regular operations training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Use this data to inform the development of targeted operations training initiatives
- Implement methodologies to assess training effectiveness and ensure alignment with industry best practices. Ensure use of continuous improvement methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of the training
- Partner with logistics leaders across the organization to integrate operations training programs into new hire onboarding and daily operations, ensuring they become a standard part of our business processes
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations training programs and their impact on operational performance
- Leverage the latest learning technologies and platforms to deliver training content in innovative and accessible ways
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 4+ years Proven experience in a technical / operations training role; preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment. required
- 4+ years Proven experience in a technical / operations training role; preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment. required
- 4+ years Experience working with adult learners; experience with "train the trainer" for adult learners required
- 4+ years Experience using current training techniques and tools for operations training curriculum required
- 4+ years Demonstrated experience in designing technical / operations training content required
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC or other certifications preferred
