What You Will Do:




  • Manage projects and initiatives for NC and SUSA initiatives, ensuring alignment on strategic goals



  • Lead cross-functional projects and implementations for new products, processes, and technologies



  • Develop project charters, scopes, timelines, and sustainability metrics



  • Make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact



  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and outcomes



  • Apply ADKAR Change Management methods to current and future projects



  • Identify areas for productivity improvement at CDC, RDC, and Hubs



  • Design tools and teams to enhance processes using lean six sigma tools



  • Assess where our customer experience failures are centered, determining what processes to improve to prevent these failures



  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues



  • Determine, with the OET and Sonepar logistics, the primary success metrics to track



  • Lead the Quality Assurance program to use UET data for trend analysis



  • Drive measurable improvements in cost reduction, productivity, and quality



  • Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma workshops



  • Develop andmentor QIP (Quality Improvement Process) teams to optimize operations



  • Ensure alignment with SUSA metrics and KPIs, including CPL and LPPH



  • Transform existing RPMs into modern, standardized SOPs using approved Sonepar formats and flowcharts; review and update all existing RPMs to meet current or new standards



  • Create new SOP formatting standard (use Sonepar standard or enhance/simplify) stating what, why, who, and flow charts as appropriate



  • Own and manage the Quality Assurance program, including SOPs, audit protocols, and quality metrics



  • Train warehouse and operations staff on QA standards, tools, and procedures



  • Monitor quality performance through dashboards and trend analysis usingUET data



  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of quality objectives and sustained performance improvements throughout CDC, RDC, and Hubs



  • Other duties as assigned





What You Will Bring:




  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field



  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred



  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Eclipse



  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills



  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines



  • Committed to 100% accuracy and 'Do It Right theFirst Time' (DIRTFT)



  • Excellent recordkeeping and time management





Physical Requirements and Work Environment:




  • Office-based role with high computer and phone usage



  • Light lifting up to 30 lbs.



  • Standard 40-hour workweek; occasional evenings/weekends based on business needs



  • Reliable on-site attendance required



  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and interruptions





Salary & Compensation:



  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, DOE.
