As a Security Guard - Armed Driver Patrol Overnights in Wesley Chapel, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and provide a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This role requires both an armed guard card and a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for driving and patrolling the premises. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding our core values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and offer assistance to visitors, tenants, and staff as needed.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when required during critical situations.
• Operate and maintain any assigned security-related equipment responsibly while on duty.
• Adhere to all company and location policies regarding the carrying and use of firearms, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
