Operations Manager Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 86891BR Job Summary The incumbent is responsible for managing administrative operations for Citywide Case Management (CWCM) Programs, which include Administrative Operations, Staff Supervision and Development, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Billing Support, Communications and Coordination, and Data and Reporting for over 200 staff, faculty, and interns. The position has direct supervisory responsibility for one five administrative assistants. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $100,100 - $164,000 (Annual Rate). The Division provides comprehensive outpatient treatment to those suffering from severe mental illness, often complicated by homelessness, chronic traumatization, institutionalization, substance use disorder, and chronic medical conditions. The mission of the Division is to help clients recover their prior functioning, while reducing reliance on acute services, and facilitating transitions from ZSFG psychiatric inpatient care, jails, or other institutions to the community. Our programs serve a diverse group of individuals, characterized by their social, cultural, and linguistic differences, and are structured around interdisciplinary teams. Interventions provided include psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psychotropic medication management, case management, outreach services, and employment assistance. The Division manages 17 programs with 10 funding sources, a budget exceeding $44 million, and a staff of 200 staff/faculty members, plus over 20 interns. Required Qualifications
