Benefits Administrator II

Location: Iselin, NJ

Summary Member of the US Shared Services Payroll & Benefits team with focus on providing support in the administration of DSV's employee Health & Welfare benefit plans. The Benefits Administrator will use proficient organization and communication skills to coordinate with various departments, teams, and vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Conduct new hire benefit orientation and other Health & Welfare benefit plan related presentations for employee population in keeping with a rotating schedule.
  • Resolve employee claim inquiries and serve as point-of-contact for all claim advocacy issues.
  • Perform benefit consultations.
  • Manage International Trainee benefits program and participate with the onboarding of incoming country-transfer employees.
  • Maintain strong partnership with Immigration Team.
  • Manage the COBRA process and resulting associated qualifying events and subsidies.
  • Manage the ACA process and required system maintenance & reviews.
  • Department project management and implementation.
  • Prepare internal benefit announcements including - vendor and plan updates, newsletter, events and marketing materials.
  • Distribute IFEBS education, training, and informational resources to department team members.
  • Development and maintenance of department official forms and branding.
  • Organize and maintain department folders and vendor information within Microsoft teams.
  • Configure and maintain ADP OE/Year-Round benefit enrollment, plan setup, work/life events, homepage, automation notices and features.
  • Cross train with other benefits team members to provide support and coverage during absences as needed.
  • Serve as backup for LOA processes in absence of LOA Administrator.
  • Partner closely with HR and Payroll personnel.
  • Participate in implementing improvements and efficiencies to workflows and processes.
  • Additional special assignments when needed.


Qualifications:



  • Experience in a broad array of Health & Welfare benefit plans with an acute attention to detail.


  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.


For this position, the expected base pay range is $62,040-$75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
