The Role

The Senior Manager, Customer Engagement is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing customer engagement strategies to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. This position leads a team focused on enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class engagement initiatives.

The Main Responsibilities

*Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive customer engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
*Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer engagement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
*Customer Journey Management: Map and analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for enhanced engagement and retention.
*Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and personalize engagement efforts.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience.
*Program Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of customer loyalty programs, outreach campaigns, and engagement events.
*Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and regularly report on customer engagement metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
*Technology Enablement: Evaluate and implement customer engagement technologies and platforms to enhance communication and interaction.

What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer experience, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement technologies.

Full-time position, hybrid or remote work options may be available.

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$112,875 - $150,497 in these states: CO
