*Job Title: Member Service Representative - Contact Center*
*Job Description*We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. The role involves providing information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs. *Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high volume contact center. * Provide detailed information regarding products and services. * Demonstrate active listening and adaptability across multiple systems. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs. * Advise members on additional products and services that suit their needs. * Ensure optimal member experience and customer service. *Essential Skills* * Customer service expertise. * Proficiency in data entry. * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. * Ability to work in a structured environment. * Adaptability to high volume calls. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, or high volume retail environments. * Familiarity with financial products and services is advantageous. *Why Work Here?*Join the world's largest credit union and serve the financial needs of military personnel and their families worldwide.
