Job Title: Member Services Representative (Contact Center) Job DescriptionEngage with members and individuals in a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center environment, responding to inquiries and requests. Provide detailed information about our products and services, leveraging your active listening skills, adaptability to multiple systems, and effective engagement methods to ensure a superior member experience. Conduct transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on additional products and services that may meet their needs. Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center. * Provide information about products and services using active listening and system adaptability. * Execute transactions for various accounts including savings, checking, loans, and credit cards. * Advise members on additional products and services to enhance their experience. * Engage in positive interactions with members to ensure optimal customer service. Essential Skills * Proven customer service skills. * Experience with data entry and managing inbound and outbound calls. * Familiarity with call center operations and policy compliance. * Ability to thrive in a structured, high-volume environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in call centers, administrative roles, receptionist positions, banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environments. Work Environment These are remote opportunities, requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of Winchester and Tidewater. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, providing flexibility to maintain a work-life balance. Shifts are flexible, with a one-hour window for start and end times. Scheduled breaks and meals must be taken as planned, and you will handle back-to-back calls for most of your shift, possibly up to four hours before a break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
