*Job Title: MSR Fraud Specialist*
*Job Description*As an MSR Fraud Specialist, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information about products and services while demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs. *Responsibilities* * Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. * Provide information about products and services with accuracy. * Perform financial transactions for various accounts such as savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards. * Advise members on additional products and services that meet their needs. * Maintain high levels of customer service within a structured contact center environment. *Essential Skills* * Customer service experience * Proficiency in data entry * Experience with inbound and outbound calls * Ability to adapt to multiple systems * Strong active listening skills * Compliance with policy and procedures *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in a call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, or high volume retail environment *Why Work Here?*Join the largest Credit Union in the world and serve the financial needs of our military and their families worldwide. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to accommodate members worldwide. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are structured, with shifts allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times. The role involves taking back-to-back calls for the majority of the shift, with possible four-hour durations before the next break. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
