Job Title: Eligibility Coordinator Contract: 6 months (possibility of permanent hire based on business need and openings) Location: Canoga Park, CA 91304 (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $24/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Start Date: December 2025 About the Role We are seeking an Eligibility Coordinator to join our team of 25 professionals. This role focuses on data entry and analytical data processing, ensuring accurate interpretation and handling of eligibility information. You will receive 3-4 weeks of comprehensive training and have a dedicated point of contact for ongoing support. Key Responsibilities * Review and interpret eligibility data to determine next steps. * Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in compliance with company standards. * Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required) and 10-key for data processing. * Collaborate with team members to resolve eligibility issues promptly. * Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks. Qualifications * Typing speed: 35-40 words per minute. * 10-key proficiency for numeric data entry. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Professional demeanor and ability to work independently after training. * Preferred: Experience in health groups, eligibility, member services, or claims processing. * Microsoft Excel experience: data entry, copy and paste, create spreadsheets, etc. // Proficency level: basic excel knowledge Additional Details * Training: 3-4 weeks with full support. * Team Size: 25 members. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
