*Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR)*
*Job Description*As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center. You will provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and superior customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on products and services that may fit their needs. *Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center. * Provide information regarding products and services with demonstrated knowledge and active listening. * Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs. * Engage in positive member interaction to ensure an optimal experience. *Essential Skills* * Strong customer service skills. * Proficient in data entry and managing inbound and outbound calls. * Adaptability to multiple systems. * Ability to operate in a structured environment with policy compliance. * Experience handling high-volume calls. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles. * Background in banking/mortgage, professional environment, or high-volume retail environment. *Why Work Here?*Join one of the largest credit unions in the world, serving the financial needs of military personnel and their families worldwide. The contact center operates 24/7/365 to serve members worldwide. Shifts are flexible, with a one-hour window for start and end times. Scheduled breaks and meals are taken as per schedule, and you will be taking back-to-back phone calls for most of your shift, sometimes for up to four hours before the next break. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
