Job Title: Licensing Associate Location: Owings Mills, MD (On-site) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM start, 8-hour shift with 1-hour break Duration: 3-month contract Pay Rate: $19/HR Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage and validate vehicle title transactions, ensuring compliance with state requirements and internal processes. You will become a subject matter expert for assigned states and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate accurate and timely title and registration processing. Key Responsibilities * Validate transactions and attach required documents in Title Quest records. * Manage state portfolio for all titling functions, providing analysis and recommendations. * Process title-related activities such as ownership transfers, duplicate titles, lease assumptions, and corrections. * Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to complete transactions. * Resolve issues via Salesforce tasking tool or email based on urgency and priority. * Assist team members with workload balancing to achieve departmental goals. Required Skills & Qualifications * High School Diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in customer support or administrative roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn client-specific systems. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Skills * Experience with vehicle titling or licensing processes. * Familiarity with Title Quest or similar systems. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Owings Mills, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
