*Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR) - Contact Center*
*Job Description*Join our dynamic and structured contact center operation, where you'll respond to inquiries and requests from members within a high-volume, schedule-driven environment. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide information about our products and services using your knowledge, active listening skills, and adaptability to multiple systems. Your role will involve performing transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on products and services that best meet their needs. *Responsibilities* * Respond to member inquiries and requests within a structured contact center operation. * Provide information about products and services with active listening and system adaptability. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs. * Ensure optimal member experience and customer service in a high-volume environment. *Essential Skills* * Customer service experience in a high-volume call center. * Proficiency in data entry and multiple systems adaptability. * Ability to comply with policies in a structured environment. * Active listening skills and engagement methods for member interaction. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, or high-volume retail environments. * Background in baking/mortgage or professional environments. * Receptionist or secretary experience is advantageous. *Why Work Here?*Become a part of the largest credit union in the world, serving the financial needs of military members and their families globally. Most shifts are flexible, allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times, with availability required for 9.5 hours to accommodate this. Expect back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift, with scheduled breaks after up to four hours. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
