Immediate Opening: Financial Customer Service Representative Start Immediately - Join a Leading Investor Response Firm! We are seeking a Financial Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to registered shareholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the top investor response firms in the area. IPosition Details * Location: NYC, NY * Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (on site) * Overtime: Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Remote) * Pay Rate: $18/hour * Overtime Rate: $27/hour MRequirements * Associate's or Bachelor's degree (required) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage email communication professionally * Must have your own equipment: * Computer with Windows 11 Pro or Mac OS 13+ MResponsibilities * Provide customer service to registered shareholders via inbound and outbound calls * Educate shareholders on corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals, and voting options * Track and monitor outstanding issues, ensuring timely updates to clients * Log information accurately into Access Database * Assist in developing campaign themes to communicate the proper narrative EWhy Join Us? * Immediate start * Competitive pay with overtime opportunities * Work with a respected firm in the financial services industry Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
