*Job Title: MSR Fraud Specialist - Contact Center*
*Job Description*Join a dynamic, 24/7 high-volume contact center operation where you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and individuals. Your role will involve providing information about products and services, performing transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, and advising members on products that suit their needs. Demonstrate your knowledge, active listening, and adaptability to ensure an optimal member experience. *Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume contact center. * Provide detailed information regarding products and services. * Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on additional products and services tailored to their needs. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining exceptional customer service. *Essential Skills* * Excellent customer service skills. * Proficiency in data entry. * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. * Adaptability to a structured and high-volume call center environment. * Strong active listening and engagement methods. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, or professional environments. * Background in banking, mortgage, or high-volume retail settings. *Why Work Here?*Be part of the largest credit union in the world, serving the financial needs of military personnel and their families worldwide. Be prepared for back-to-back inbound calls and scheduled breaks to maintain a high level of service. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
