This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and conference room technology. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally. * Gather and analyze information to determine the best resolution for technical issues. * Provide basic troubleshooting and support, including: * Password resets * Printer configurations * Break/fix instructions * Website content updates * Create user accounts and configure hardware during onboarding. * Support audio/video equipment in conference rooms. * Handle more complex issues using documented configuration solutions. * Document all support interactions in the tracking system. * Escalate unresolved issues as appropriate and communicate trends to management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
