*Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR) - Contact Center*
*Job Description*Join a dynamic and fast-paced contact center environment where you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals. This role requires you to provide comprehensive information about products and services, ensuring an optimal member experience through active listening and adaptable engagement methods. You will perform various transactions, including those related to savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs, while advising members on additional products and services that may benefit them. *Responsibilities* * Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. * Provide detailed information about products and services, demonstrating deep knowledge and active listening. * Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on additional products and services that align with their needs. * Ensure optimal member experience and customer service through adaptable engagement methods. *Essential Skills* * Strong customer service skills * Proficiency in data entry * Experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment * Ability to comply with policy requirements * Adaptability to a structured and fast-paced environment *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, or high-volume retail environments * Familiarity with professional or structured work settings *Why Work Here?*Be part of the largest credit union in the world, serving the financial needs of military personnel and their families globally. Your availability should cover 9.5 hours to account for these variations. Expect to handle back-to-back phone calls for extended periods during your shift. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
