We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our practice-someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to every patient interaction. Description: * As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. * Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting and checking in all patients with a friendly, professional demeanor * Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using NextGen * Confirming completion of pre-check work and assisting patients as needed * Scheduling follow-up appointments after doctor visits * Keeping the office, waiting area, and restrooms clean, organized, and stocked * Responding promptly to emails and phone calls * Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in person and customer facing * Strong communication skills * Ability to handle a fast paced environment Why Join Us? * Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team * Gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry * Opportunities for growth and development * Make a real difference in patients' lives every day #westpriority25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
