*Job Description:*
* Analyze collateral documentation and ensure alignment with the credit approval system. * Maintenance in systems including adding and updating collateral when they are released. * Partner with business segments regarding missing or insufficient documentation and status of loans. * Release lien position through filing or recording of documents (UCC, mortgage, titles, etc.) * Monitor report results for any data discrepancies. *Additional Details:* * Pay: $20.00/hours * Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F) * In-office position: office located in Midland, MI *Skills & Qualifications:* * Recent college degree in business, finance, economics, or related field * OR 3+ years of banking experience * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication skills/someone that takes initiative * Reliable/able to work on-site in Midland, MI *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, MI. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
