*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including *ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC*. * Build and maintain *workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts*. * Design and implement *integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs*. * Collaborate with the Platform Owner to ensure alignment with *platform strategy and governance*. * Perform *unit testing, debugging, and documentation* of ServiceNow solutions. * Support *platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance*. * Troubleshoot and resolve *technical issues related to ServiceNow applications*. * Ensure compliance with *security, data integrity, and audit requirements*. *Work Environment* * *Hybrid role* based in Austin, TX (3-4 days onsite per week). * Collaborative team environment with opportunities for *growth and innovation*. *Skills* Itsm, ITOM, HRSD, GRC *Top Skills Details* Itsm,ITOM,HRSD,GRC *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $105.00/hr.
