JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee quoting activities for CVA inspections, emergency repairs, and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across branches.
  • Implement and improve quoting processes, tools, and documentation standards.
  • Supervise CVA renewals and bid submissions, maintaining dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Guide ISRs in managing and growing smaller Power Systems accounts, identifying opportunities for expanded service offerings.
  • Ensure accurate customer and machine data to support targeted sales efforts and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs and resolve disputes.
  • Promote Foley Power Systems as a trusted business partner and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a service or sales-related role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SIS, and other position related software.
