The ideal candidate will be a strategic talent acquisition professional with proven expertise in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities * Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across administrative, professional, and technical staff positions * Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms * Develop and maintain robust relationships with recruitment firms, educational institutions, and professional networks * Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to identify the most qualified talent * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise candidate requirements and organizational needs * Extend job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding and relocation processes * Manage and optimize the company's personnel advertising and recruitment marketing efforts * Stay current with employment laws, staffing trends, and recruitment best practices

Ideal qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications Sourcing Expertise * Advanced LinkedIn recruiting skills, including: o Advanced search techniques o Boolean search string creation o Candidate pipeline development o InMail and networking strategies * Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates through multiple channels * Expert-level talent identification and screening capabilities Technical Competencies * Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel * Experience with HR information systems * Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) Professional Capabilities * Comprehensive understanding of staffing fundamentals * In-depth knowledge of interviewing and candidate selection techniques * Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field * 7-10 years of professional recruiting experience * Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment * Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus Orano is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
