Practice Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall function of the medical office, including directing clinical flow and participating in patient care. The manager must ensure quality care, excellent customer service, and efficient operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, skills and experience:

* High school graduate required, BS/BA preferred

* Minimum 2 years of management experience in an outpatient office setting

* Billing experience in a healthcare setting preferred

* Experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Office, Excel, etc.)

* Knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-10 codes, HMO, Medicare, and other third-party regulations preferred

* Experience with Electronic Medical Record is required experience with Epic preferred
