Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Management Analyst / Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support, strategic planning, and project management expertise to ensure the successful implementation of various initiatives.

Responsibilities:




  • Will support the review and analysis of DHS major and non-major acquisition programs in alignment with DHS directives, instruction, and industry best practices for the management of scope, cost, schedule, and risk



  • Will support the development of memoranda and other written products documenting the decisions of Government oversight officials and requisite actions required of the Department's acquisition programs to effectively plan, execute, and report program activities.



  • Will conduct research and review of directives, instructions, regulations, Congressional activity, acquisition program or business operations data, Government Accountability Office, Office of Budget and Management, and similar materials to identify gaps or risks, assess status or impact, and provide recommendations to the Government's lead.



  • Shall support of the development of routine and ad hoc reports, testimony, white papers, briefing material, memoranda, and similar material to Congress, external Government agencies, and DHS executives for informational or decision-making purposes.




    • Support may entail research, analysis, compilation of information, and the drafting of materials.





  • Will provide routine project/program support including but not limited to developing and implementing methods to plan, execute, monitor, and report the status of the activity.



  • Will communicate and collaborate with the Government and as needed, other vendors' employees, to document project requirements, plans, processes, reporting methodologies, and tools



  • Shall develop and maintain spreadsheets, tables, charts, reports, and other similar artifacts as needed, to support acquisition program governance business operations.



  • Will provide administrative, technical, and logistical support for meetings, programmatic reviews, symposiums, training, working groups and similar events including the preparation of agendas, handouts, space and equipment arrangements, and meeting notes.



  • The Contractor shall coordinate with Government representatives to determine necessary logistical requirements and coordinate, as necessary, with other DHS offices to plan, obtain, and validate the necessary space and equipment is readily available, reserved, and in proper working order to execute the work-related event.




Qualifications:



  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience overseeing cost, schedule, and performance requirements of a major acquisition program or a project within a major acquisition program, including the supervision of personnel.
  • Shall possess advanced oral and written communication skills; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and analytical skills as described in SOW 2 and its sub-sections.
  • Shall possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

  • Active Secret Clearance
