**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to drive critical project initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating complex projects, from initial planning to successful execution, ensuring compliance, managing stakeholders, and providing insightful analysis. This position offers the chance to apply your expertise in a challenging environment, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Project Planning & Scheduling:** Develop comprehensive yearly, monthly, and weekly schedules for project milestones and inspections. Coordinate field investigations and manage project timelines effectively.

* **Tracking & Reporting:** Monitor project progress, manage costs, and allocate resources efficiently. Prepare and maintain detailed logs, databases, and reports for management and regulatory compliance.

* **Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as a central point of contact, interfacing with internal teams, external contractors, and various partners. Actively participate in regular and ad-hoc project status meetings to review ongoing initiatives.

* **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure strict adherence to organizational safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Support and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety and reliability of electrical systems.

* **Analysis & Problem-Solving:** Conduct thorough cost/benefit and trend analyses. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend innovative solutions to overcome program challenges.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** Candidates should possess a range of experience, from 2-3 years in analytical or project coordination roles to 5+ years in project management, demonstrating a progression in responsibility.

* **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* **Technical Skills:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis and reporting.

* Familiarity with SAP for project management and data handling.

* Strong understanding and practical application of project management tools and methodologies.

* **Soft Skills:**

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.

* Demonstrated leadership potential and strong team collaboration skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $79 to $88. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
