Overview
Salary: $71.87-79.85 Hourly up to $79.85/hr Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). We are looking for an exceptional and strategic individual to provide subscription marketing support to grow our services businesses. This person will work with marketing, product, engineering, design, business development, data analytics, and other teams to drive activation and subscription of various entertainment and sports subscriptions. Key Qualifications
- Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue models for entertainment or sports-related businesses
- You have at least 5 years' experience of building out unique acquisition and testing strategies geared at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue, both on- and off-platform
- Possess a strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven marketing optimization
- You are an analytical problem solver with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition
- You are very meticulous and comfortable with heavy operations-focused and documentation-dependent workstreams
- You exhibit a strategic approach and the ability to collaborate to drive cross-functional execution of effective marketing programs
- Works collaboratively under pressure, with experience working on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects
- You contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever task is necessary
- Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a variety of matters at once in a fast-paced environment
- You can create, build, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, are flexible in nature and can maintain both a sense of humility and of humor
Education & Experience
- BA/BS required
- 5 years of demonstrated work experience at an agency, a media/ entertainment brand, or a technology company doing subscription growth-related marketing
