Join AllHealth Network as our Clinical Director of Acute Care Services and play a pivotal role in delivering life-saving, trauma-informed care to individuals in behavioral health crisis. Full-Time

Pay Rate:

$120,000 - $128,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.



What You'll Do



  • Drive clinical excellence across our Acute Care Campus, including a 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Clinic, Crisis Stabilization Unit, and Acute Treatment Unit.
  • Lead and mentor clinical managers, supervisors, and licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leaders to ensure seamless, patient-centered services.
  • Build strong community partnerships with hospitals, law enforcement, and behavioral health agencies.
  • Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.


What We're Looking For



  • Education: Master's or Doctorate in behavioral health or related healthcare discipline.
  • Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP (required).
  • Experience: 5+ years in behavioral health leadership; inpatient psychiatric and crisis response experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strategic leadership, clinical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication.
