Now Hiring: Director of Risk & Performance Improvement - Behavioral Health

Are you a strategic leader driven to elevate standards, strengthen safety, and champion excellence in behavioral health? We're looking for a dynamic Director of Risk & Performance Improvement to guide our organization toward the highest levels of clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and service quality.

Lead system-wide risk mitigation strategies and performance-improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
Partner with clinical and operational teams to optimize care delivery and client safety
Design quality-improvement frameworks that drive measurable outcomes
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing, social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience directing performance improvement and risk management activities in a hospital, psychiatric hospital, or mental health treatment setting preferred. Knowledgeable regarding Joint Commission accreditation standards. Experience interpreting State and Federal standards related to hospital operations required.

Licensure or Certification: None required. RN or LMSW licensure preferred
