As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or vendors with inquiries and directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or breaches of policy to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to maintain a secure environment for all individuals at the location.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
