Molnlycke is seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Surgical Gloves team and accelerate growth across a large, multi-state territory. In this high-impact role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with healthcare customers, lead strategic account development, and consistently deliver on revenue goals. Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain relationships with acute care and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.



Additional Details



  • Travel includes regular visits to Seattle, quarterly trips to Idaho, and annual visits to Alaska.
  • Overnight travel required; flexibility for occasional short-notice trips.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large territories and travel extensively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Acute care call point experience.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with overnight travel and managing multi-state territory.
