We are seeking a full-time 40-Hour Triage RN to supports both our West Hatfield office onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm!
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Triage RN, supporting our Orthopedics and Total Joint Replacement patients! In this role, the RN will provide clinical triage, patient guidance, and care coordination. This RN will also lead our Total Joint Education classes, offered twice a week for one hour, held either in the morning or afternoon. These classes help prepare patients for their upcoming procedures and ensure they feel confident and informed. Dedicated to phone triage as the primary duty of this role, this Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.
