Position Summary: The Senior Accountant is a key member of the accounting team responsible for leading the Company's revenue recognition process and ensuring accurate, compliant reporting under ASC 606. In addition to revenue recognition, the senior accountant will play a critical role in preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K), support month-end close activities and deliver analytical insight into financial performance. Additionally, this role will assist in monthly financial reporting through preparation of various journal entries and reconciliations. Essential Responsibilities: *Review and assess customer contracts for appropriate revenue treatment *Document key revenue estimates, standalone selling price determinations, and contract modifications *Prepare and assist in drafting quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), including footnotes, MD&A, and supporting schedules *Prepare various journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to support month-end and quarter-end close *Perform quarterly and annual variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget and forecast, delivering clear insights to support strategic decision-making. *Provide assistance and supporting documentation for internal and external audits Job Requirements
