Description and Requirements

Lenovo's Desktop Computing RBO team (Regional Business Operations) drives global strategy for desktop computing across all segments. RBO acts as the operational bridge between global strategy and regional execution, supporting geographies with strategic 4P planning (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), portfolio management, and business execution.

This new role is critical for managing consumer desktop and eCommerce business strategy worldwide, including SMB segments, ensuring alignment and driving P&L performance.

This is a strategic business management role with global scope. The candidate will lead worldwide consumer and eCommerce desktop business strategy, coordinate execution across regions, and partner closely with Lenovo's eCommerce headquarters in Raleigh. The role requires strong PC industry knowledge, eCommerce expertise, and advanced data analysis skills to influence decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Strategy & Planning

  • Define annual targets and growth strategies using market insights from third-party reports and internal data.
  • Develop and implement quarterly initiatives to accelerate consumer and eCommerce desktop growth.

Business Performance & Reporting

  • Track global Consumer & eCommerce P&L results and ensure alignment with RBO targets.
  • Prepare executive-level materials for interlock meetings and business reviews.

Campaign & Funding Management

  • Lead quarterly consumer desktop campaign planning and guidance.
  • Manage global funding requests, allocate resources to meet business goals, and track utilization through quarterly close.

Cross-Geo Coordination

  • Collaborate with regional 4P teams across NA, EMEA, AP, and PRC to ensure consistent execution.
  • Maintain strong communication with Lenovo's eCommerce HQ in Raleigh for strategic alignment.

This position is highly strategic, covering all geographies and markets for Lenovo's consumer desktop and eCommerce business. It requires a candidate who understands PC industry dynamics, can leverage data-driven insights, and has experience with both traditional retail and online channels.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in eCommerce category management and offline retail channel management
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of driving business results
  • Experience in PC or electronics industry
  • Basic knowledge of PC products and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business-related major; MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Consulting or industry research experience
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and strategic thinking
  • Flexible working hours to support global responsibilities
  • Ability to travel globally (up to quarterly; minimum twice per year)
This position will be remote-based within the U.S.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $115,000 - 135,000. Individuals will also be eligible for a 12% annual performance bonus. Lenovo's great benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
