About the role The Product Pilot Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of customer pilot programs for pre-GA features at Slack. This role serves as the strategic orchestrator of pilot initiatives, managing everything from initial program setup through legal compliance, customer recruitment, execution, and post-pilot analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge product development, customer success, legal operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer feedback that drives product decisions - all with an eye towards constant improvement and automation wherever possible.
